Key points

The Moscow osu! Event 2024 (#moe2024) is organized by LLC "Klick Ivents" represented by Alexander "Stanwald" Yagodin and the play-osu.ru platform represented by Kirill "ThankYou" Zonov, as well as Mikhail "KotRik" Babynichev and Anton "Rainbowtaves" Strazov

To be included in the player list for the #moe2024 tournament, one can only receive an invitation from the organizers

16 players will receive invitations to the tournament

  • 2 invitations will be given to the winners of the Closed Qualification
  • 2 invitations will be distributed at the organizers' discretion (wildcard)
  • 12 invitations will be given to the best players in the Russian-speaking osu! community based on the results of tournaments since August 2023 (+ #moe2023)

The tournament organizers may allocate 0 to 2 direct invitations for any tournament that meets the above criteria

Tournaments considered by the organizers can be closed to Russian-speaking players or international, but cannot have a upper registration cap (except for 3WC, 4WC)

In addition to direct invitations, the organizers allocate a certain number of invitations to the Closed Qualification for tournament prizewinners

Winners of the Open Qualification and specially organized Play-Osu.ru fastcups also qualify for the Closed Qualification

The formats/regulations of the Open and Closed Qualifications will depend on the number of participants and will be announced by the organizers later

The Open Qualification will take place on June 22-23, 2024, in an online format
The Closed Qualification will take place on June 29-30, 2024, in an online format
The main stage of #moe2024 tournament will take place on July 26-28, 2024, in LAN format

By registering for the Open qualification and agreeing to receive a direct invitation, the player confirms their readiness to personally attend the Moscow osu! Event 2024 on July 26-28

A player can decline a direct invitation or an invitation to Сlosed Qualification, in which case they will not be considered by the organizers as a potential participant of the #moe2024 tournament

The event organizers may announce a small number of players who did not receive invitations as reserve participants. In the event of a force majeure situation, a reserve participant may replace a participant with a direct invitation.

All key points and selection rating formulas are subject to change by the event organizers. Any changes will be announced on the event's social media platforms.
